The wind blows and the birds scream
The sun disappears into the pits of the valley
And the the sky blankets in the darkness
No clouds, but the sky slowly weeps
And heavens tears fall straight to the sea
That roar in rage and agony
And you held my hand and walked with me
Through the heat of your body, I felt your heart beat

The trees dance while the lightning appears
I’m deaf by your words ‘cause the thunder I cannot hear
I’m not afraid, but there’s still room for fear
Your eyes they tell me what you need to say
But your lips tremble in place
Stumble your words, the pain is the price I pay
My heart drips blood—I feel my vision slipping away
I do not belong here, but I cannot leave
You let go and our fingers capture the breeze
On a curved road leading to our possible destiny
Forever the end of me—or—our possible eternity

I should smile because I’m free
I should cry because I'm watching you disappear
In front of me
The storm is raging a war
Between land and sky and I’m stuck in between
What is happening?
The heavens is raining down on my body
While hell is trying to drag me to my feet

I have strength, give my heart the courage
To walk on this curved road
It is here where you left me
I walk through the blanket of rain
On a curved road not knowing the possibilities
The dark sky glows
With the lightning that appears
Followed by thunder I cannot hear
As the wind blows and the birds scream
And I walk this curved road
Leading to our possible destiny—or—forever the end of me
The road to the sea...
